CoBooCo's founders Smeeta Patel and Ketan Pandya had one goal in mind when creating CoBooCo.

The simple aim of building a platform to allow dispersed and mobile teams to work as naturally as when they sit together and to use technology to enable them to work smartly and quickly to get their job done through real time enterprise collaboration and communication.

CoBooCo the software was built to cut out the noise in corporate communications. CoBooCo the name simply means "Collaborative Business ( a play on the Bu in business to Boo) Communications". CoBooCo the company was founded to deliver a scalable, easy to use platform for corporate, online team collaboration.

CoBooCo sits at the heart of an enterprise's IT communications architecture and allows customers to get the best out of their legacy investments in email, document sharing and messaging applications. CoBooCo provides instant access to the content stored in the application with team driven filters so that users are not inundated with irrelevant content but instead receive only communications concerning issues that directly impact them. CoBooCo optimises productivity for team working and collaborative initiatives both within and across enterprises. No software or hardware installations are required because CoBooCo's platform is provided as software-as-a-service.

Smeeta has delivered enterprise solutions to clients across the globe and has a strong track record for software and service delivery success within Big 5 and aggressively growing organisations. She started her career with a global pharmaceutical market intelligence company and since held several senior positions and built large IT practices. She spent 5 years in the US where she was a co-founder of a company that developed one of the most innovative Business Intelligence applications for the pharmaceutical Salesforce. Throughout, Smeeta has worked with customers in both the private and public sectors to ensure they create IT environments that empower employees in engaging with one another in widely distributed teams through team management tools.

Chief Technology Officer: Ketan Pandya

Ketan Pandya is technology innovator who has delivered several successful large-scale Internet applications for Fortune 1000 customers around the world.Ketan has particular exposure to the needs of corporations in scaling Software as a Service solutions across their organizations. Ketan has been a co-founder of a two prior software businesses;UK's first dynamic CRM application, which won the runner up prize of best online application and Thinking Applications, where he won Digital Britain Award for development of best online portal category for 21store.com. Ketan set up two development centres in India with 50 developers providing custom software development services to the UK market. Ketan has previously worked with top-tier Investment banks in front-office technology.

Chair: Patrick Newton

Patrick Newton was President and Chief Executive Officer of DACG Inc., a Texas corporation which provided software products and technology services to 70 of the Fortune 200. Patrick took DACG public on the NASDAQ exchange. Subsequently he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Helveta. Helveta provides supply chain traceability solutions for government and the private sector.

Patrick has extensive experience of equity and debt financing transactions and of managing growth companies globally.
